The fact is, we're going to have special entries and special pages for girls we like. The project of a parallel international EBI is never going to happen anyway, let's face the truth.

Apart from that, rules don't change. If we decide to add a certain babe (to make an example, a British girl) we'll do it, but they will be exceptions.

It's nice to see she's been added, she's certainly hot enough to qualify for EBI, and american girls need love too.

But just for the record, while her family is of Czech descent, her parents and grandparents weren't born in CZ. Texas marriage records also show her parents were married in Texas less than two years before she was born, so the conceived story is highly unlikely.
