This is quite scary. Not just for the porn models being "outed" but also for the average Joe and Jane's privacy.
In just a minute, I was able to find out the real profiles of three Russian pornstars, one retired and two still active (at LegalPorno). Now LegalPorno has some really strong scenes, so imagine the shit that these girls will go through once their LP work gets shown to their friends and family.
Like someone here mentioned, either the model/performer inflow is going to decrease or the few girls who are going to enter the biz are going to be the ones who embrace it fully like Lola Taylor, Sasha Grey etc. The latter could be a possibility in countries where there are strong feminist movements who try to stop online bullying and work against the slut-shaming culture.
