You could always ask.

I contacted Katya via her boyfriend, the Metart photographer, requesting a copyright licence to use and adapt, by digital painting, a photograph he had taken of her. Considering that those few models who do eventually respond to such requests, most are either rude, and, or, asking royalties shares and four figure sums, Katya and Vlad were prompt, polite, interested in the project in art terms, and only asked for the original artwork by way of a fee.

Make the request through the email address posted on Twitter ( katya@2clovers.com) write it in plain English, as her English is much better than my Google Russian, and be polite.
