Yep, but in Ukraine prostitution is not a criminal fault, but an administrative fault. You will get a fine, if the money you get compensate the cost... Normally, the law also depends on the place where things happen, if you make the shooting abroad the local laws are regulating you. The law is local, not by nationality. Smoking and selling marijuana is legal in Holland, but not in the USA... a US citizen can buy and sell marijuana in Holland, and go back to US with no problem. He/she did nothing illegal.
