I'm not sure that a nude model is doomed to do only nudity (porn) and has a little chance to change her profession. I believe it depends on how does she take her nude careear. If it's only hobby during the education and normal life it can pass smoothly. But if a porn model is doing only porn movies and spending her salary ike crazy for hopeless things she might get hopeless life. Working with a lot of porn, nude, erotic models I see a lot of girls like that. But some of them is saving money to buy a house and a little business. For example, Red Fox.
I'm happy for Emily that she decides to open her own website. I did kind of the same... But it is HELL of work and cost. This business is extremely tough! I don't have holidays, weekends, normal life, drinks or dinners with family and friends. On top there are a lot of stresses and despairs.
Anyway, I wish her good luck, inspiration and willpower.

Kiki, you might be right with the way of living in Eastern Europe. But in Western Europe and the USA, things are very different. The labour market is very competitive here and the HR departments look for any excuse to turn down candidates... as little as posting drunk pictures in Face Book could prevent you of finding a professional job, because the HR people check everything. It all about being exposed, and she is already well known.
A funny thing is that she would have more chances of becoming a mainstream actress now if she had done proper porn (I don't mean gonzo, I mean a porn movie where the actors also talk and perform something similar to acting). Because at least she would have experience of being acting in front of the camara. Normally she would have a chance in the indie market or doing serie B movies, or scary movies... but some people did important movies, like Boggie Nights or Magnolia.

BTW, you could watch the codumentary "After Porn Ends". It is really bad, but it shows how huge starlets of the past, like Tiffany Milions or Crissy Moran, are living after porn.
Another thing... I have a second job in a night club as a cocktail bartender. Normally, we have DJ's parties or companies dinner besides our normal nightclub sessions. But one week we had the Killing Kittens party at the nightclub. I saw a girl from the respectable company where I was doing a consultancy work as a contactor and the first thing she told me when she saw me was "Don't tell anyone in the company you saw me here." It means something.
