I like to see variation, as I don't have just one preference. Some scenes as alternative a), some scenes as alternative b) and some scenes as alternative c).
Besides having some variations between scenes, it also depends on who the girl are, and what kind of outfit she have. For example if she have a nurse uniform I may want her to keep that on for the whole scene. And if she shoots more than one scene, she could strip naked in scene two.
So my vote would be for a fourth alternative, "A rotation between alternative a-c".

Seems pretty even at the moment,went for B myself but don't mind them keeping outfit on the whole time as long as they swallow 50+ loads.
