Where can I get Hot Video Magazine back issues?

I'm interested in getting a few back issues of Hot Video Magazine to get some of those exclusive dvds, but I can't seen to find them on their website or anywhere else online. I don't speak French (but can read a little, and enough to get by), but another poster on another thread said they don't even have their exclusive scenes from these dvds on their site. Is their an online store that sells back issues? I checked Hot Video's online store and there are no magazines for sale. Where do I go to purchase old, current, and future issues (besides actually going to France)? I'm looking for the March 2009 issue in particular (for the movie with Lou Charmelle and the excusive Carla Cox scene). There is also a Hot Report for another exclusive movie called "Comment épouser son patron" (with Milka Manson and Lou Charmelle), in the current issue (November 2009) and I want to be able to purchase it.
