Good question, I have wondered the same things myself. There are a ton of strip clubs across the US and I would think a retired porn star could make a decent living working weekends at the strip club. Porn stars that have a longer career that don't go into directing should have been investing along the way so they could potentially have a good nest egg to semi-retire off of. I don't see many of these girls working the normal office job after porn. I don't think Hillary Scott will go back to working at the bank that she was working at before she got into porn. Too bad there isn't a company or group that helps pornstars invest their money and help them land decent real jobs after their porn careers are over.

I think some go on to live completely normal lives. They work the porn circuit for awhile, and then retire to some warm climate and work the strip joints for awhile, and if they played their cards right could have enough to have purchased a home and only have to work part time stripping / escorting. When the looks finally go to hell they can get a million odd jobs that pay half decent. Most of these girls are in pretty good shape, they could become personal trainers at a fitness club or leverage their skills as a pole dancing instructor.. If a girl went into this business with the right mindset and treated it as a job to make the most money they could. Got some good marketing and some good advice along the way, created a small paysite or partnered up with a bigger site to get a little extra money on the side, they could do quite well I would guess. Couple of porn shoots every few weeks, mix in some escort dates and a few nights working the pole at a strip club could add up to some serious money at the end of the year.

Hillary Scott is not a good example as she quite professionally persued a porn career for many years. And also Europe is not the US, where you come from as suggests your post just above. In Europe porn careers are much shorter and the strip circuit is for sure less developped. I`d say why shouldnt they get back to the job they came from? Just this time not back home in small town Eastern Hungary, but big Budapest with all its possibilities and anonymity. Yeah, here in America it is totally different. A retired porn star could go to a number of big cities or tourist spots and continue to make decent money for a good while. Florida, California, New York. Lots of places to keep the money coming in.
