So do they have to pay the 20% only when they book the models through emodelky/vegas or do they have to do this for their lifetime independent how they establish further contact? Are they forced to book trough emodelky after they register there?

But what is if they want to book the model trough anohter agency? Or what would be (just hypothetical) they fall in love after the shooting and share the same appartment. When they fuck for money, they have to pay 20% until the rest of their lifes to the agency?

this is not a binding contract, just you have to be agreed that every time you book a girl must pay 20%

of course you can book a same model with other agent, all them are registered in other agencies

In this hypothetical case you can do that, but then if the agent discover that in that same period that you book a girl for 2 scenes, you did plus + 4, don't hope from this agent his/her help anymore when you need to do again another batch of bookings. And also the actress can be fired from that agency.
