Restricting licence - DRM (Digital Rights Management)
It simply means that when you download a video, even though you have paid to join, when your membership ceases the will no longer be able to view it.

There are no drm protection on those sites. I have been a member and must say I find their scenes to be dead boring. I you want hardcore anal sex, then look elsewhere. There is too much talk and too little hardcore action.
