A Starlet of the Year contest is not very original, apart from the fact that as EBI.com we've never had one.

With our girls is often hard to determine who's a "star" a who's just a pretty girl looking for easy and quick money. But I think you know what a mean. Cherry Jul=Star. Cute Russian girl from a couple of sites=not a Star (yet).

I admit it's a fine line. Since I'm confused myself, I decided to collect a few candidates' names first.
They must be from the former Eastern block, they must have done something significant in the past 12 months. Sheer beauty qualifies but as long as the girls are professionals and not just faces from the Web (for instance, Divinity (gorgeous, but hardly a pornstar yet)=YES. Christina Jolie=YES. Era/Anisha/Kat etc. (as much as I'd love to jump on them)=NO.

I'm all for Cherry Jul

All the others i have in mind right now falls to the "not star yet" category

I'm developing a sort of addiction for the Russian accent

All nice girls, but my vote goes to Black Angelica as well, because she did a lot of very good scenes.

It's not the poll yet, I'd love if you could suggest a few names that are worthy, then we'll narrow it down and launch the real poll.

But according to me Cherry Jul is way ahead (stunningly beautiful and it's clear that she likes being fucked in front of camera).

It's close for me between Black Angelica and Blue Angel... my vote goes to Blue Angel because I met her personally and she is just gorgeous!

Simony is my choice of starlet of 2007; she should be at least a candidate. These are my reasons. Last year was her "comeback" year. She finally lost the excess weight, still looks great and all natural. She made a rare public appearance (her only one ever?) for the AOE convention. She was the most profilic of last year.

As much as I like the other girls, I don't recall anything significant that Cherry Jul did last year. I think she had only 2 new movies last year?
