I only know Luba's scene in the first University Sluts Of St Petersburg but that's a cracker. Terrific performer and great to hear she's offering help to new porn starlets. The porn agent being female may minimize some fuck-to-get-work sideplay, but I dont really think it actually makes more sense. There are different porn agent options and if the agent is a guy he may be better able to see his girls in those productions geared to a great extent to a male public. A female agent may just not feel what the customer wants that well.
A very good option at the same time indeed is an agency run by an active (or former) performer. Luba for sure can help her girls a lot - though she hasnt done the very requireing acts herself. Still, I really wish for Luba to become a second Nikoletta.
