For Admin/Mods...No more attachements?

When I try to add the cover for The Collectors 239 KB, I get the message the file size has been reached for all attachements. The limit is 256 KB? Is my file to large or is the system crowded? Thanks!

All settings are normal, so I guess the system is crowded. I am in a hurry right now, but I will check into this later.

I've just increased the maximum size.
