A little appreciation would be ok to that, dont you think? others sometimes are worth in his tone. I understand your opinion too, please do not doubt that. From what you saw maybe. What you do not know is that the other "catfighters" got lectured by pm (because unlike gapelover they had no priors). Gapelover had priors (he was warned before, he was already - for a given time - on approval and apparently he had not learned much).

Very good idea. If I may sugest to go one step further: Why not making the talk sections invisible for non-registered users as change n°2 ?
This would - IMHO - beat 2 flies at once : First, the negativity at the talk sections will not be the first thing people who just drop by will read ( => less bad press ) and second : The less read-only guys can see, the more people will register themselves (and with our new rules that registrations only stay, when people contribute, this should have some effect on the quality of the forum).

Change n°3 should be to remove all the stickies. With always having this topics on top we give readers the idea that we do support all this dap ddp and whatever else stuff.

Since I sold him a couple of DVDs some months back I know he is Austrian and just works/lives in Poland.

OTOH I fully agree about that one dude: He is full of complexes, has apparently aside porn no other hobbies and he believes that he knows everything and has an opinion about everything. Unfortunately he does not keep his opinions for himself but rather wants to "enlighten" everybody with his "wisdom".

But how to keep someone like that at bay? Ok, pulling the plug would be a possibility. But chances are high that in case we would do so he would come back as multiple other users and we would have nothing gained from the actions we took.

So maybe we should establish a rule that contributions only count when they bring news about the EBI girls? That would be a tough rule for that dude (and for some 90 percent of the other users as well).

btw, gapelover promised me to stop the bashing as long as the others (like chris, dap-addict, etc) also stop their bashing against him and Sineplex.

That´s why I made an announcement at the talk-section, which is sticky for the next 10 days. All users who took part in the recent cat fights have personally been warned. Let´s see if they are able to learn.
