okay, but why do I receive emails abot this. Another 63 arrived while the last couple of hours.

Because apparently there's no option to stop submissions completely.
Just filter the messages out.

I honestly DON'T CARE about new members if the price to pay is to have the forum defaced again. Until it's sorted it'll stay this way.

spent the last hour or so manually deleting all of todays new users and putting lots of emails (plus variations) on the ban list. Let´s see how long and how much this will slow down this stupid kid.

It's up to Nop (Bunny has the skills too) to fix it, since hundreds of boards out there have fixed this same problems and pre-packaged mods are available for downloads.
