Warning about Blissbox

Not sure if anyone here buys DVDs from Blissbox but I've recommended them on here before so feel it's a good idea I now warn you off them as they recently ripped me off big time. Damn shame as I'd bought stuff off them for a couple of years without any problems.

Basically, a couple of DVDs I bought from them had faults so I returned them following an email exchange. They claimed they were fine when they got them back but agreed to replace them as a gesture of goodwill. When the "replacements" turned up they had the exact same faults so I'm pretty sure they mailed me the same ones back. At the same time, they sent me an incorrect title for a new order I'd just placed. The latter bit innocent enough, of course, so I just sent them a very polite email explaining about the 3 issues, which they then proceeded to completely ignore. They've since had a few less polite emails, which they've also ignored.

They've basically ripped me off 50 quid. Oh well.

So I'd be wary of using them is all. And I hope they go under.

What's a good alternative mail order DVD site? I know a few of you have recommended erodvd. I've been on there and the prices are pretty good but it's quite a limited selection. Any pointers appreciated.
