There is more work for adult model in Belgrade than you know and expect. Besides, Budapest is close. And those who prefer to shoot in Prague only would have to travel to Belgrade or not work with Russian models. As simple as that.
I don't travel after models anymore, 10 years ago I still did this, but now I shot the best already and even as there are still good ones they can't compete with what is already in my box. If you travel the risk is if there are issues like model changes mind you sit on the cost and waste your time. During my 2014 London trip 3 out of 6 bookings didn't show up, it's worse nowadys as they all want to shoot for big labels to promote their lame OF which they fail in the end because most don't know how to handle the cam and shoot good enough content people are willing to pay for.
Prague is the maximum distance for me, maybe Buda if a one in a 1000 shows up. Models can come or not, but I don't run after them. They can have 1000, 2000 or 3000 EUR for a 3 hr BG classic shoot, but will have to move their asses to earn it. Russians can get tourist visa like all other Russian models and do a 1-2 week tour collab with Model-Mania in Prague to fill the shedule.
MM is very cooperative, if a model gets 800 EUR MM gets 20% and a manager can get his share too.
