I'm not sure, but the pic appears to be from ActionGirls. Here is the model list from that site. You should be able to find her in there, but the list is quite long.

Sorry, I had forgotten that the actiongirls watermark is on the photo. I appreciate your help.

I have already gone through all the girls on the model list, and she is not listed. Everyone agrees that this girl probably did not shoot this photo (set?) for the site originally. But we can not locate the photo or set on the site index.

There are a number of people attempting to find out her name, for a good friend who has helped all of us so many times, and never asks for much in return. All of us have come up empty.
