Someone on Vintage Erotica Forum thought Barbara was Kristy Lion but I doubt it, because Kristy is a tall girl (almost 6ft) whereas Barbara is petite (under 5ft 6in), and the similarity is the type of nose.

Anyway, on the Vintage Erotica Forum, on the thread Kristy Lion, someone has just posted pics of Kristy and Barbara to show that they are not the same person, but look a bit the same because of the nose. So, the question remains, who is Barbara ?

At EGAFD, Barbara is known as Tina (16) and was in 2 German porn movies, so she might be German. For CC, she was Barbara, for Foxy Lady she was known as Eva.
