Thanks a lot, she's not someone I knew about. Now I've found out the clip is from the dvd "Slut Worthy" on Digital Playground (2010).
She has a thread here on EBI: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=14121&p=419446&hilit=KASEY+CHASE#p419446
Apparently she died of a drug overdose 2019, RIP.
