The German owner of YouPorn was arrested in Belgium today on charges of tax evasion, the German newspaper ‘Welt’ reports.
The German entrepreneur built a true empire of online porn sites in a few years – 35 in total, including YouPorn, Pornhub, Brazzers and the German amateur porn portal ‘MyDirtyHobby’. The news of the arrest was confirmed by the prosecutor in Köln. According to ‘Welt’, the offices of the ‘Manwin Germany GmbH’ in Hamburg were searched and computers and documents were seized, while the man’s home in Belgium was searched too. The managing partner of Manwin is identified by CNBC as Fabian Thylmann, aka “the New King of Porn”. It’s not clear if this is the man arrested.

According to Belgian newspapers, Fabian is arrested. And he is waiting in a Belgian prison for his transfer to Germany.

He is under suspicion for tax evasion, however in an interview with the financial times he claims that his holding 'manwin' is built on a fiscally optimized 'thing' .

best example mr wulff, our poor president with his poor wife, they almost had problems to fuel there premium class cars... laws in EUDSSR only count for mainstream and hardworking class not for corrupt "elites". but latest developments seems to set that story an end within next years when a population in poverty in greece and spain (followed by other countries) without future will ask for the heads of their "elites" and shove them the EURO coins into their asses.

The federal high court in Germany has this year decided that tax evasion above €1m means jail without conditional discharge.
