Another example. "Karina J" on the right in both photos. And an uncredited person about ten years older on the right in some low-budget early 2000s German flicks.

The faces and eyes and ears are close. The breasts are not. The ears on the model on the left are slightly longer than "Karina J"'s

The age is the clincher that the two are not the same person. Indeed, the person on the left looks markedly older than the one on the right.
