did you say England. Who is England? Last won the worldcup in 1966 with an irregular goal
Brits should concentrate on
a, war criminal Blair brought to the The Hague war tribunal
b, their drunk fans

I always liked Russia watching with the last championchips. Great athletic players, but it was the team spirit completely missing.
They lack the German killer instinct

Right again...
i remember at least a couple of Russians national teams
that with half the German killer instinct would have won the european championship hand down

We'll see if Hiddink has been able to do somenting about it

About national team

Sad, but 3-4-5 playmakers in ALL russian teams are legioneers... So they can't play for Russia in Europe\World championships. Russia had serious problems with young player's training in 199_-begining of 200_ (it was all-country problems, not only football)- so now we have not enough top-class footbolists - to fill clubs and national team.....
Hope now it will change..... step by step

When it loses a British team I am really happy.
Congrats Zenit!

Sounds like similiar problem we had in Germany since the mid of the 90's. And without Juergen Klinsmann and his new policy to give really young Germans talents a chance to play in the A-team (Lahm, Schweinsteiger, Podolski, Janssen all were only 19 or 20 years old when they debut) nothing would have changed.

But now we have a great young team who really could win the European champhionship next month (if we didn't have to play against Italy, Italian style to play football didn't fit for us, we lost all important games against them  ).

Females like football more and more. If I only think how many girls was in the public viewing areas through the World Championship in Germany 2006. Only problem is their "high" cries, isn't very good for your ears
