help me with paypal

I'm trying to open an account with paypal but something very stupid happens everytime I try to register, I type my information like I always do when I buy stuff from the internet but with the paypal site everytime I submit my information I get a window telling me that the STATE, CITY, ZIP CODE address doesn't match !!?? ......even thou I'm typing it right everytime !!??? .....fucking weird .....has this happend to someone else??

Maybe the card details and and your shipping details don't match, drop me an email, let me know more.
