It is not possibly to compare that of a private home encounter with what is experienced on set.

This depends on the movie - until the 90s, the sex scenes were much shorter in Europe ( 5-10 minutes ). Often these scenes were shot 1:1.

If I look at most of the US porn movies now, scenes are running up to 20,25 minutes. I can even remember a single scene lasting half an hour. They are too long, cutting out the foreplay, I almost never had sex lasting so long - with a male partner. Some sex positions remind me of circus acts. Because these sex scenes differ from the private sex at home, it mostly isnt possible to shoot these scenes nonstop.
