Yes, some may be dim, there's some dim people in high positions of power. Dim people everywhere.
Just because a woman chooses to do porn doesn't make her less of a person. If she can earn more in a month than someone in an ordinary job can in a year, then who's the dimwitted one? Yes, there may be some downsides involved but it's a woman's right to choose. If she's doing it just for the money for her future, then good on her. If she really enjoys the sex as well then even better.
I agree that there will always been some damaged goods, whether the girl came into porn that way or during/after her time in the biz. This doesn't mean we should disrespect them.

At the moment it seems there are no more female posters here than laura and Caroline, but I hope some more girls lurk in here on EBI - registered or not.
To make them join and actively take part we (also the male porn fans) may well discuss and reflect on our attitude towards porn girls and women in general.
That for sure doenst harm.
And it maight convince some of the lurker girls to join in on EBI.

Laura & Caroline are good participants to this forum, I enjoy reading what they have to say. It's just a shame there aren't more women on here. A couple more do come on & post occasionaly. This site is not all about guys & their perverted egos as some may imagine! So it is good to have a female perspective. I just hope when a derogatory remark has been made, it doesn't put anyone off because the majority of posters here seem to be genuine lovers of porn & women. I'd like to think us guys would kick butt to any man that came on here & was insulting to women.

Women who have watched a lot of porn are hardened, as long as the attacks arent personal. But most of these attacks arent coming from men, but from other women. Other women cant understand, "how a woman watches and even enjoys porn". I receive around 5 hate mails a week. Until last year, I tried to talk with these "feminists" (?), but its senseless. Its a waste of time. They even dont know, about what they are talking, they have seen 10 minutes of Max Hardcore, 2 John Thompson covers, a gangbang rape and have read something in the news about illegal porn and think: This is porn. This is it. Only if you have a personal relationship with these women, SOME are astonished, that porn can be totally different.

I was raised by an anti-porn mom too and CAN understand that women dont like the majority of porn stuff. The majority is bad, but 90% of everything produced is crap, or ? Nobody forces me to watch this stuff.

Yes Mr White, I have noticed that and have been wondering why you set it up that way. What's the rationale for distinguishing between the "Index" forum(s) and the "Board Index" or entire EBI forum, then excluding non-members from non-Index thread categories? I can speculate, but i'm curious as to what Admin has in mind.

I think the percentage of female "lurkers" is grossly overestimated. You really dont have to be so brave, to register. That a part of this forum is only visible if you are registered, is a little strange. Maybe especially these "hidden" topics are the ones, that could motivate more women to join the forum. But women usually, if they dont belong to the small group of diehard porn fans, dont like mono thematically boards. A lot of new feminists boards are discussing porn, but its only a small part of these boards.

But a little truth gleams in every cliche, most of the east european countries have a sort of shock capitalism, social systems are thin or almost not existing. So many women enter the x-rated biz, who maybe hadnt done it, if they were living in Scandinavia,Switzlerland, or the BeNeLux states, where the social systems are very developed.
