Greatest Showman?

Who's the Greatest Showman?

The socialist who ran on Real Change and nationalized the banking system, automotive industry and is trying to do so to the rest of the U.S. economy and now has 17% unemployment?

Or Berlusconi? Whom the Italian media has always hated and one wonders if any of it's ever been true? And if so, isn't he the type that Sbando and company wish they could be?

I never said I wished I was just like him, for god's sake! Most Italians truly admire him for his ruthlessness and the fact that he pretty much does whatever he wants, he lies and cheats as he breathes and there's nothing he won't do to get what he wants. The differences between him and a gangster are very hard to spot. The international media treat him as a clown, true, but that's because of the way he acts, he is a clown.

Obama might turn out to be a mediocre president, who cares. But he respects rules and laws, has no criminal record or links to the Mafia.

Personally, I love Florence, Italy is such a beautiful country, but I don't want to share my people's attitude towards life in any way, if I could I'd go live in Finland.

Michael jackson was arguably the greatest of all entertainers(that is, if you define "showman" as an entertainer). The guy knew how to give crowds a show, regardless of what you thought of him.

Jesus Christ was the Greatest Showman.

He walked on water, multiplied loafs of bread, resurrected a dead person.

He even overcame his own death. God Almighty, how did he do that ?

Sammy Davis, Jr>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Michael Jackson. Davis, Jr. could do everything that Jackson could do but a million times better and he did it first. There would be no Michael Jackson without Sammy Davis, Jr.

I give Davis credit as a progenitor, but even he could not quite pull it off like Michael. You say now that Davis definitely did it better(and first), but Michael took Davis' ability as a showman and enhanced it. His success as an entertainer(sales, awards, records, cultural impact) was flat out unmatched by Davis or anyone else.

Musically, I'd say Freddie Mercury, Elvis & Michael Jackson ('til he went nuts).
