Shoutbox, why not?

It is the first time i talk here (in nonsense) to chat and not posting in some girl info
i just thought, as i am member @ some forums and they have some good members talking in shoutbox's, why couldnt we have one too?
think on it.. we have some members who stay for some time in the EBI or EBF, so it's nice to chat instantly
