trouble with prepaid credit card

one or two months ago I used a prepaid credit card to sign up to tiny4k (shitty scam site, almost zero content), this has worked, now I tried to sign up at rk.com for one month full access (redirected from a review site to get price reduction), it always said payment denied, I contacted billing support (probiller) and they said I need to call in abroad, I fear a phone bill so I don't call in.

Then I went to spizoo.com to sign up for 3 day full access trial, this was also denied, I also contacted the billing support (epoch) but didn't get an answer yet.

Did anybody experience similar issues? Maybe they don't want my money, I bet signing in to keep2share will be easier, I remember having paid keep2share with bitcoin or sms, my phone card is also prepaid like my credit card, I don't want to make it easy for robbers.

Got an answer from epoch now saying insufficient funds, I tried to sign up 3 day full access trial for 9$, my prepaid credit card has 24€ loaded!

I would also like to note that I have bad experience with porn billing companies, they charged me more then they should before and it was very difficult and time consuming to get my money back, that's why I use prepaid cards. I'm done here, just bought a one month subscription to a file-sharing site, easy and securely payed with bitcoin, those sites are less criminal than porn billing companies it seems.
