You can host it on free hoster but if you want a better bandwith, you will need to rent a server (discount hosters propose one for 10€/month).

About the template, you can use free phpBB forum but it's not the best even if you can find lots of mods to improve it.

Or there is IPB or vBulletin. These ones are not free, maybe 100$ the licence for one year.

But they are very developed with many tools and functions.

I want it like THIS HERE. But it hould look nicer. I want a section for "Blonds" and "Brunettes" and "Anal" and many sections so people find everything very easy and fast. I want it in style of this one here because its cool.

I must say that it is a bit unfortunate for Euro that Sbando has already claimed the forum name "Euro Babe Index".

Few areas missed off the help for Euro.

1. You not only need a host, but you need one which allows adult content! Good luck finding that.

2. You need someone with technical knowledge really of the workings of such a site. You also may need someone with a bit of legal knowledge because many of the girls will asked to be removed (usually ending the sentence with "or else").

3. If you plan to host images and allow people to post images then you need to have a sizable hosting account with good bandwidth. You also then need a bit of knowledge of the 2257 USC ruling.

4. You need to be unique. What can you offer that is not already available and what will make people want to visit your site over the already established market leaders.

Along with the other recommendations, these are things to be thought about. It's not an easy task running a mainstream website.
