I have a question for the owners/administrators of this site.
Does the EBI forum meet your personal criteria,
or your initial -April 2007- expectations, when you look at:
* the size of the community
* the level of civility
* the number of posts and threads
* the quality and range of the contents
* the number of reviews that have submitted
* the (low) popularity of the non-porn sections ?
How would you compare EBI to similar sites like ADT and XPT?

The site is in Alexa's top 10.000, right now it's the 10.520th site of all existing sites. That's pretty good.
The porn sections work fine for me, except for the fact that focus is 90% on new girls and new movies and that no matter what some people are going to bitch about them and call them a disappointment in the end.
Any thread outside this scheme falls short and has little or no feedback. There are a few topics about the adult industry, though, and the so-called community seems to have a real interest in it.
The "non-porn sections" have no popularity. In fact, I dropped the Good Stuff and even Gorgeous and BABES get little attention despite the fact that they're about pretty girls and lots of pictures get posted. What should one do? Forget about the lack of feedback and keep posting. If I had listened to "feedback" I'd still be working for 1000 euros a month in a hotel.
That said, I think you're referring to the general talk section. That ain't never gonna happen, Xen. LIVE WITH IT. Drop Steph an e-mail and ask her to unban you. That's what you're really looking for. Then you'll be able to fight with people who are actually interested in the kind of topics you have in mind.
