The hearing for the trial of the Torbe case is scheduled for next September 25. Torbe will be charged only with the charge of distribution of child pornography, and the prosecution is asking for seven years in prison. The rest of the offenses were dismissed during the investigation phase.
The alleged victim was a gal between the ages of seventeen and just under eighteen, and who also deceived by presenting documentation with a falsified age.

Seems like a real good way to send a porn producer to jail. Give a 17 year old a fake ID and throw him in jail. Sounds like something the good old USA would do.

If it's about someone 17 years old, the law is less aggressive towards those. The age of consent in most countries starts from 16.
If Torbe hires a good lawyer, he'll be able to take advantage of these facts.

Real problems begin when there is a 12 years old child, who obviously looks like a child - if Torbe is related to something like this, then it will be problematic for him.
17 years old is not good either, but judges are aware that it can be easily confused.

I don't think there is a much of a regular schedule anymore, they seems to try keeping the 5 day cycle when possible, if not it's every 6 or 7 day.

The schedule on the site is adjusted the whole time, but the actual updates may come one day later or one day sooner anyway, for example the bts scheduled for tomorrow is already up, and the same thing has happened more than once in recent months...

Anyway, I'm still on a break from watching the new scenes, have not watched anything new after Mih Ninfethina #2, even though I have everything downloaded. I was so tired of the style of the new scenes, frequent chaotic double or triple cumshots, cum missing the models mouth, static cam1, dicks in front of the models face, etc. Not what I like.
