^Think about Charlotte Angie #2, which was only posted because they ran out of content—and as soon as the new season began, it was gone. I'm not sure if it even made it to Silver.

^Hm, maybe, but that seems more like a one off thing, nothing that happen "from time to time" (it was up about 10 days btw, published September 19 2022, and I posted here that is was gone on September 30).
