Actually there is a cut at 21:35, right when the camera change back to cam2. They try to hide it by making the cut in the middle of a movement, and at the same time as changing camera. The reason for the strange switches is that they use the same sequence for hiding the cut in both versions. So if you watch cam1 it only switch to cam2 at 21:35, and then back to cam1.
A is from the last frame before the cut at 21:35, and B is from the first frame after the cut. You can clearly see that the cumstains doesn't add up. On B the cum on her shoulder look different, the cum on her cheek suddenly appear, and the cum on her "chest strap" look different. Clearly some time went by between these two frames:

And they did the same ting at 37:34, making the cut in a movement when Pris is stroking her hair, and changing camera at the same time. A is from the last frame before the cut, and B is from the first frame after the cut. On frame B she suddenly has new cum on her cheek, and also on her shoulder:

I think the first time I saw PB use this technique was in Andrea #1. This time from cam1 they switch to cam2, then make a cut at 18:00 back to cam1 in middle of Andreas movement, and you can clearly see that the cum on her dress has dried up, which meant some time went by between A and B which both are within one second:

They do the same ting in Katrina #1 at 34:36, makes the cut right in a movement and switch from cam1 to cam2, and suddenly there are new fresh cumstains on her dress that wasn't there before:

This technique is normal to use in regular movie editing, and I've done it myself back when I used to edit some of my porn to just keep the parts i liked. But for PB where we as far as resonable want to se the truth, not a "movie", it's a dangerous road to go.
Note to PB: Just make the cuts when you have to, but don't try to hide it. You are only going to make people suspicious. To add edits and cuts when needed is one thing, but to deliberately trying to hide it is a dangerous thing, and I would strongly advise against it.
