The model agency listing is nice and Kami has a nice look to her, but the obvious question is: is it legitimate? It's a huge red flag when a company is secretive like that. A number of scammers and ID thieves use similar tactics, such as that, wherein one has to register prior to even knowing what the site has. As a producer, I never bother with companies that don't provide head shots to indicate what their models look like. It tells me 3 things. One, their models probably are not very good looking. Two, the company has something to hide. This can be illegalities, scams, a lack of models (some "agencies" that call themselves agencies have as few as 4 models), or other problems. Three, chances are, they are not going to be able to be contactable if there is a problem, such as contractual arrangements, travel problems, etc., for their personnel. As such, I never trouble with them and have always been able to find the models I wanted with legitimate agencies. Never, ever register for something blind on the internet. Ever.

they're not secretive, just local they're behind karups for instance. most of the fresh, new, unknown hc babes in cz come from them, before they get burned out or quit

If you have a problem with registration, noone push you to do it, most of our clients have no problem with registration. The reason why we don´t show our models at the first click is to protect models privacy, there is a huge amount of rubbernecks who we aren´t open to. Most of czech agencies works like that with their pages and noone has a problem. For first contact you can use email noted on our pages, but if you have a problem even with sending emails than there is no way of suasion )

Actually, quite the contrary. Most Czech and indeed, E.U. agencies operate in the open. It's my experience that only about 1 in 10 to 20 do not.

Take a quick look through the 'net if you think I am ni seryozny. Only a handful do not have portraits. Portraits are enough to indicate that at least there is some sort of agency present and if further checking is warranted.

I wouldn't have a problem with registration, IF there were some way of knowing ahead of time WHAT one was registering for. I'm registered with a number of sites and have used their services. None of them required "up front" registering prior to actually knowing what was what.

Look at it from the point of view of a corporation:

For example, how does one know it is legitimate?
How does one know that it is not just a porn site?
How does one know it is not simply a front for an escort service?
How does one know it is not just an ID theft ring?
How does one know there is anything there but a pair of desks and a computer in Nigeria or Belarus?

In the U.S., there is the Better Business Bureau and most western European countries have similar services that look out for scams. It's caveat emptor in Czechia and Magyar.

As I said, blind registration is a red flag. It scares people away.

A complete lack of information ahead of time is simply not acceptable to most companies. It's safer to go with ones they know.
