In my teens I was a huge fan of the punk scene (american, english, etc.). That music is still my fave, but I am also more open to all kind of subgenres inside rock n' roll. Needless to say, I also love a big chunk of other genres (salsa, jazz, classical, etc.).

I now present you Mink DeVille (fronted by the late and great Willy DeVille). They started at CBGB'S (along with The Ramones, Blondie, Talking Heads, etc.), but didn't have anything in common with the other groups (other than making good music, that is).

Enjoy...

Mink DeVille - Love & Emotion

Mink DeVille - Love Me Like You Did Before

Mink DeVille - Maybe Tomorrow

Lana del Rey is no. 1 in german single charts, due to or despite her botox lips ?
anyway, this version might be more cool
