Yoav voice is absolutely impressive, he can sing without any instrumental lines to back him up
and you wouldn't notice. Great guitar skills too...

In some of his high notes he reminds me of Dave Matthews

ah so you prob' like his second album better than the 1st then :)
i only like his first. Haunting, and really uncommon sonority. Plus great lyrics and music. I was in Moscow in a club when I heard 'club thing', that was funny because the song was exactly depicting what was going on in that club :lol: Then Beautiful Lie became my anthem for a full 2 years straight :mrgreen: I had it as a ringtone (the crescendo guitar notes)

I first heard of him when he was on tour with Tori Amos.
I think both his albums are good. Great talent, no doubts about it...

Kyuss are such a great band.

The sound quality is not very good...but i was down there doing some mess :D

Tal solo is perfect, the sweep scale she does in the middle section is just wonderful.
Good technique, good timing, great musical taste...and she's also easy on the eye :wink:
