Since then: the login and password fields blank out when I log on, and I get nowhere.

I have written to tech support, general support, almost every e-mail address on the site, and filled in any number of online forms. No reply! It's been over a week now.
I have written to the billing company, and sent them forms, etc. No reply.

I have cancelled re-billing - but will that work? I have had no reply.
What can I do? Name and shame? Call my bank and say I'm a porn customer
