Admins need to add the [video] tag to phpBB, there is a mod for that:

that would be good because the webm stuff must be much more compressed. A 480 by 320 gif lasting 3-4 seconds will likely be 3mb but I've come across the same file size of webm lasting 12 seconds and being full 1080p hd, though it has to be said not quite as good quality as it might have been but close.
