Since I was complaining about her not being allowed to show her natural beauty how did you read that interpretation into it?

Anyway I've just seen the movie and it's great fun. Ok if your looking for thought provoking si-fi that probes the meaning of life you'll be disappointed but if you just want a couple of hours escapism it's perfect.

The bits they've added to the sides of her face really spoil it. Making her look older and much harsher. Mind you she's faired better than Karen Gillian who has been turned into a cyborg (intentionally ) . Watching the movie proves one thing though - They both have lovely tight asses :::

i'll never watch lucy./ never. ever. even if trapped in a plane to australia without magazines or compute and there's a crying baby behind me. besson's crappy films are insults to anyone's intelligence and feature everything i hate in action movies. his last "watchable" movies were banlieue 13 and hm I don't remember but even then, you had to turn off your brain and lock your eyes in order not to go braindead from the cliches and the ridiculously "plot" and roll your eyes every 3s.
oh yeahg. taken was the other one you could watch if you concentrated on chewing your popcorn and playing some game with your smartphone between action sequences.
the last besson-shit i watched was '3 days to kill' and it almost killed me after 3 mn. i was in a plane. nothing else to do. i felt so sorry for kevin costner. amber heard has not done a _single_ good movie since 'all the boys love mandy lane. or maybe The Joneses but it was a minor role and she was not doing much besides being a teen babe.
limitless i havent seen but the critics suggest that s another poopy piece and from the synopsis/trailer i'd tend to agree

I didn't realize Luc Besson had written and produced the Taken movies (and is doing no 3 out 2015). If he'd directed them I suspect they wouldn't have worked as well as they did (well the first one, 2nd's only just watchable).

Leon is rather good however and I quite like the gross silliness of The Fifth Element (I realize most people won't like it for that same reason) but I can't say I'd recommend anything else he's done

I do agree that most of her films are Bleh, but I still enjoy looking at her
