Keep getting logged out

It's very annoying but opening a thread or even one of the forums causes me to be logged out. It' only been happening this afternoon. I've no idea if it's my account, a more general problem with logins or my browser (unlikely as I've tried 3 and they all display this problem).

Actually I still keep getting dropped about once or twice a day

just had to login at least 8 times in the last 10 min

do the server logs show me as getting logged out?

The thing is I suspect I'm not being logged out on the server suggesting the problem is my end. I just need this to isolate the problem

It could be a problem with cookies (forum session ids are stored within a cookie in your browser)

OK I'll delete them and see if that makes a difference
