when I clicked it I got "You do not have the required permissions to read topics within this forum." which seem odd as I'm sure I've read it before

Kind of makes sense to make it read only as It contains the Snippets" that appear on the Eurobabeindex front page

Nah, I just screwed up when I created the section. I'll fix the permissions, sorry.

It should be fixed now, I tested it with hop's permissions and I could read and post.
