I think the default starting rating is 4 stars for Mia Brown, it's just that people really aren't fans.

The "sneaky edit" is at 13:26 , right after load #20.
There is another cut at 21:51 after load 48, likely where they ask her questions before the final swallow, so they can put that footage in the BTS.
