Jep a good scooper can save a scene. Only very few girls dont need one as they dont waste any cum by themselves (e.g. Rebeka Brown).
The scooper is not only there to scoop cum, she also helps the girl to put her head in the right direction, remove hair off her mouth, face, holds back her head etc etc. Basically its the assistant of the main girl. I can understand why, because having the model mechanically turning to the left, to the right, to he left, to the right, and so on for the whole scene is pretty annoying. But with Esa #1 it went to far to the other extreme. I appreciate when the model don't move too much, and just act like a submissive cumreceptacle. But cam1 has to adjust to what happens to get the best angles, and avoid dicks in the way. Also the model sometimes has to move her head a bit to make it easier for the guys to cum in her mouth.

Esa have her head back and mouth wide open which is great, but far too many guys still miss the mouth.

Normally I agree with Gregorious's views, but this time I must disagree. Saying that is like saying why do the players move so much in a soccer or tennis match, and how well the camera would capture them if they were still. I like girls with a certain active role in the sessions, who don't just look stoically ahead. I like when they turn their heads and face dicks with good eye contact.
