They probably use the same guys for both scenes, with a few hours difference, for financial reasons. Unfortunately you can't really shoot a big, continuous scene with such a limited number of guys. It's actually a clever solution in some ways, one pay, overall same load count and two updates instead of one.

Nuria's second attempt is not bad. Two very big mouthfuls and she even does open mouth swallowing. The only downside is that she came after Vera Jarw, who raised the bar impossibly high.
