I am just saying that it is unfortunate that posters like Caroline-NL have quit EBI.
Oh no, I am still here, but only rarely. The title "eurobabeindex" is a little deceiving, because there are almost no dutch or scandinavian models. I am more interested into (older) scandinavian and dutch porn, maybe a little japanese and korean stuff, I also like almost all movies of "WICKED", VIVID had some interesting titles too.
I like the wild sexual drive and the genuine female lust in older northern-european porn movies, also stories that center around women or are told from a female point of view. Vivid has produced a lot of crap, but some gems too, I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the movies with Lanny Barbii, a nice storyline and sometimes a very unusual way to tell it, interesting camerawork etc.
I never had discovered her movies, if I hadnt accidentally read an interview with her, good movies are difficult to find in these flood of titles.
Honestly, if I hadnt discovered the dutch "Seventeen" porn movies with 14, I am 99% sure, that I would be posting anti-porn comments elsewhere, instead of posting in a porn forum.
The majority of porn movies isnt arousing me at all, but boring me or making me angry.
I cant understand the fascination men have with DVDs full of hours of mindless sucking-fucking-gaggling etc. (yawn) Most porn movies dont have an erotic atmoshere at all, or the vocabulary is idiotic or primitive. The majority mainstream US porn movies made for men ( I am excluding WICKED, VIVID and some others ) degrade women, at least verbally.
No, no, I dont want to ban them, I am totally against censorship, but this stuff isnt helping to gain more female viewers. Scandinavia in the 70s and 80s, also NL/BEL in the 80s and 90s, had a higher percentage of female viewers, because the market wasnt dominated by "Gangbang 123" etc.
Some labels, like the australian lesbian label Abby Winters, are discovered by new female viewers, who havent watched porn before, thats fine, but its still a market niche. And it always will be.
PS: I dont have problems with extreme content, even scat or animal, if these movies arent brutal and all enjoy what they are doing in front of the camera.
