Index line

Is it possible to place the "index line" also at the bottom of each page?
Now we must scroll back to the top of a page if we want to change topic.

I mean this line (for example):
Board index ‹ RTFM ‹ Mr. Fix it

You know I didn't even realise that. Posibly because it's so small and well conceled. But knowing about it will make life eiser.
